Agni Sara

Attention Students of Deeper Practices -- Agni Sara is one pose we do in most of my classes because it is so good for our digestive systems and the clarity of our third chakra.  We should all do this 5-10 minutes a day -- personally I have done this 3 minutes every morning and now plan to make it 5 min a day (starting tomorrow morning).  I have worked up to this -- set your timer and join me bringing this premium practice to your everyday.  This video is demo'd by Sandy Anderson of the Himalayan Institute.  She is probably one of the great female yoga masters of our time.  The commentary is just as good as the demo to refine your understanding and the subtleties of your practice!  http://www.himalayaninstitute.org/yoga-international-magazine/asana-articles/agni-sara-video-practice/
