At the Tapestry Yoga Center, yoga classes are taught by Kathy O'Rourke, ERYT-500. A Level 2 Certified Para Yoga Instructor, Kathy is inspired by her teachers, Yogarupa Rod Stryker and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. The Tapestry Yoga Center is a place where all of yoga has a home: asana, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). Classes are $10 each for a series or $12 to drop-in. This spacious studio is in the Landmark Center, 500 E. Jefferson St, Room 203, Viroqua, WI. Everyone is welcome.
